This practice flows through creative sequences designed to increase strength and flexibility. Then transition into supported postures that help release deep tension and reduce stress, ready for the week ahead. Open to all levels with modifications offered to ensure a blissful and nourishing practice. Leave feeling grounded, renewed, and restored.
