Using props like Therabands, Mini Balls, and Pilates Rings, this performance-based workout is multi-dimensional and safe for all levels (not beginner-focused). Rise and Flow with Jenni! This energetic morning flow pulls from many styles of yoga, pilates and functional movement. Get ready for a playful and mischievous play list to get your day started right. This is a 45 minute high energy and creative sequence, there will also be an optional 10 minute traditional savasana for those that want that extra peace and body stillness to close out the practice (55 minutes total with the savasana or 45 minutes total without savasana).
