Step into your evening flow. Slow down. Flow with your body. Stretch deep. Melt into the spaces between movement and stillness as you reconnect the inner and outer worlds.
In this class Dan will guide asana practice from a variety of yoga styles. Starting with a nice nourishing flow, perfect for yogis of all levels while connecting the breath with the body and mind. Finishing the practice by winding down with yin postures and variations. This practice is brings in elements of yoga philosophy, music and sound with a goal of leaving you felling restored, relaxed and in a blissful state.

Expect to flow from the heart through a variety of yoga styles ranging from calming zen, to energetic poses.

we will let the breath guide our bodies through a strong, nourishing practice. Physical asanas improve strength, flexibility, balance and stability. While incorporating breath practices, mantras, and intentionally selected music,

we will travel the waves of energy into a blissed out zen space, both on and off the mat.

Focusing on tying breath to movement, along with deeply soothing restorative poses to nourish and restore your body. This practice flows through creative sequences designed to increase strength and flexibility. Then transition into supported postures that help release deep tension and reduce stress, ready for the week ahead. Open to all levels with modifications offered to ensure a blissful and nourishing practice. Leave feeling grounded, renewed, and restored.

Join Catherine Byron, a seasoned Pilates instructor for a dynamic mat class designed to enhance alignment, breath, and mind-body connection. Using props like Therabands, Mini Balls, and Pilates Rings, this performance-based workout is multi-dimensional and safe for all levels (not beginner-focused). Stick around after class for a Q&A about the opening of her new studio, Tree of Life, that will be opening in January 2026.

Nurture your body as Jackie leads a 45 minute intuitive flow with breath work set to calming music and soft lighting. This class is perfect for anyone wanting to slow down their mind and body and nourish the nervous system. Finish your practice with a 15 minute community tea circle. You will leave feeling restored and relaxed and ready for a calm and peaceful evening.

New Moon Womans Circle

Community and divine feminine connection. Watch the colors of the sun fade into the dark sky of the new moon as we let go and set intention.

We will begin our evening with tea and conversation with the glow of soft candlelight. We will join together in circle to support, uplift and hold space for each other. Jenni will guide us with breath light seated movement and mindful meditation. We will close the night with sound, mantra and (optional) sharing. Leave feeling connected to your community of women, yourself and the earth. Feeling like you exist within the universe as much as the universe exists within you.

Rise and Flow

Rise and Flow with Jenni! This energetic morning flow pulls from many styles of yoga, pilates and functional movement. Get ready for a playful and mischievous play list to get your day started right. This is a 45 minute high energy and creative sequence, there will also be an optional 10 minute traditional savasana for those that want that extra peace and body stillness to close out the practice (55 minutes total with the savasana or 45 minutes total without savasana).
