Flow and Yin w. Dan

Step into your evening flow. Slow down. Flow with your body. Stretch deep. Melt into the spaces between movement and stillness as you reconnect the inner and outer worlds.
In this class Dan will guide asana practice from a variety of yoga styles. Starting with a nice nourishing flow, perfect for yogis of all levels while connecting the breath with the body and mind. Finishing the practice by winding down with yin postures and variations. This practice is brings in elements of yoga philosophy, music and sound with a goal of leaving you felling restored, relaxed and in a blissful state.
